What is “declutch option”

The released declutch lever allows free wheeling of the vehicle. This is often used in winches or vehicles that need to be towed in emergency situations or for fast moving.
E.g. harvesting machines with high ratio are not able to drive very fast. Once the farmer wants to move the machine to another field he can use free wheeling and tow the machine as fast as he wants to the next location.
