1.8 Technical security
Allweier has taken a variety of measures to secure your data against random or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or unauthorized access. We do improve these security measures constantly in line with the technological development.
This site uses the best possible SSL encoding so that confidential data is transmitted securely and safely (usually 256-bit encoding). In case your browser does not support 256-bit encoding we will use 128-bit v3 technology. You can recognize encoded transmissions in your browser: it changes from „http://“ to „https://“ in the address line, and a lock symbol will be displayed.
When SSL encoding is active no third party can have access to the data you are transmitting.
We need to inform you that despite all security measures transmission of data in the internet (i.e. email communication) might not be safe. A gapless protection of data from being accessed by third parties is impossible.
1.9 Legal basis for the processing
Art. 6(1) lit. a) DSGVO serves as the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtained consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the contract fulfillment to which the data subject is party, as in the case of necessity of processing operations for the supply of goods or to provide any other service, the processing is based on Article 6(1) lit. b) DSGVO. The same applies to such processing operations which are necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures, for example in the case of inquiries concerning our products or services.
Is our company subject to a legal obligation by which processing of personal data is required, such as for the fulfillment of tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6(1) lit. c) DSGVO.
Finally, processing operations could be based on Article 6(1) lit. f) DSGVO. This legal basis is used for processing operations which are not covered by any of the abovementioned legal grounds, if processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data.
